The prices quoted on our website are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.

Damages

In the event of any items being received in damaged condition, you should contact us within 3 days either by telephone or by email and let us know. Please retain all packaging and the damaged items.We would ask you to return the damaged item with its original packaging with in 7 days . We will offer you a replacement or a refund upon verification of the damage to the item.

Returns

If you are dissatisifed with your order for whatever reason, you should contact us within 3 days of reciept  either by telephone or by email . We will ask you to  return the item within 7 days in its original condition and packaging by registered or recorded delivery.We will endevour to offer you  an alternative product to the same value or a refund less the postage
